ONLINE PLATFORM

We are delighted that UKKW will be the first hybrid event for the UK Kidney Association In addition to the core elements of a face to face UKKW, pre-pandemic, we are also pleased to bring the extended presence of online engagement to a wider audience.

This section of the manual details everything you will need to know about your presence in the online platform.

For UKKW 2022 we will be using Cvent as our event platform.  This state-of-the-art platform streamlines access and availability to content and aims to improve on digital connectivity. Cvent was trialled by the UKKA SpR Club’s Spring meeting (fully virtual) in March with great success. It comprises a web-based platform in which all available content can be viewed online, and an app, which will provide programme and session details, speaker profiles, sponsor profiles (logo, company description and any weblinks provided) and event information.

Any delegates who register as patients will not have the option to view any sponsored content within Cvent.

Virtual content will be available to view after the event for 30 days. If you do not wish your content to be available after the event, please contact the Events Team.
