A GDPR compliant delegate list will be shared with all partners. This will include the details of any UKKW delegates who have opted in to sharing their profile in the online platform. Individual contact details (email address or telephone number) will not be shared.

In order to keep waste to a minimum delegates will receive only a badge with their name and organisation on and a lanyard (for the badge). The programme will be on the APP only and will not be printed. When developing plans for your presence at UKKW please try to keep giveaway and printed items to a limited amount.

The Events Team will contact you to arrange design options.

If you have ordered a holding slide, please submit your image to events@ukkidney.org no later than 24 May.

For sponsors who have purchased this item, emails will be sent to delegates that have ‘opted-in’ to receive information from sponsors. The Events Team will advise by separate contact when the email will be sent to delegates and the deadline for receiving the email content. In general, approved content will be required no later than 5 working days prior to the email being sent out.

For guidelines on the mailer please review the attached document. The Events Team will then send the pre or post event email out on behalf of the partners.

For any pre-recorded session content, this must be submitted to the Events Team and be no larger than 5GB.
